These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr2ea ("pkr2ea", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr2ea website located at pkr2ea.net and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and payment services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register a pkr2ea account or use any service offered on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. pkr2ea reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time.

1.3 Each individual may maintain only one registered account on pkr2ea. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. pkr2ea may close duplicate accounts without notice and void any associated balances, bets, or bonuses.

1.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pkr2ea complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pkr2ea does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere.

1.5 pkr2ea reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects misrepresentation, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

2.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, pkr2ea requires all users to complete a KYC verification process. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

2.2 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or submission of false or misleading documentation, will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to permanent account closure.

2.3 pkr2ea processes all KYC information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during KYC is used solely for verification and compliance purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 All financial transactions on pkr2ea are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability.

3.2 Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the pkr2ea cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. pkr2ea reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice.

3.3 Deposits are credited to your pkr2ea account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to standard banking or wallet provider processing periods.

3.4 pkr2ea does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash account, or Easypaisa wallet may apply their own standard transfer charges, which are outside pkr2ea's control.

3.5 Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your pkr2ea account and only to accounts held in your registered name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

3.6 pkr2ea reserves the right to suspend or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of a responsible gaming review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification process.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 All bets placed on the pkr2ea platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. Where these Terms conflict with specific event rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

4.2 Bets accepted by pkr2ea are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of a bet, including selection, stake, and odds, are correct before confirmation.

4.3 pkr2ea reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneously quoted odds, including obvious pricing errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance.

4.4 In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled on the basis of the information available at the time of suspension. pkr2ea accepts no liability for telecommunications failures, data feed errors, or other technical issues that may affect in-play betting.

4.5 Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface on pkr2ea. These limits are subject to change.

5. Casino and Live Casino Rules

5.1 All casino and live casino games available on pkr2ea are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

5.2 pkr2ea is not responsible for technical failures, server interruptions, or connection issues that may affect the outcome of a casino game session. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, pkr2ea will use available records to determine the outcome of any unsettled round.

5.3 Game results are final once a round is completed and settled. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to pkr2ea support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by pkr2ea are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General Terms apply in conjunction with promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Bonuses are issued in PKR and are credited to a separate bonus balance where applicable. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 pkr2ea reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where it suspects abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity in connection with any promotion.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr2ea and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Any form of money laundering, including using pkr2ea accounts to process funds of illicit origin.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your pkr2ea account by any third party.
• Registering or using a pkr2ea account if you are under 18 years of age.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 pkr2ea is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help users manage their gambling activity.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on pkr2ea during the exclusion period.

8.3 pkr2ea reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the user.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr2ea content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr2ea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, data errors, or force majeure events.

10.2 pkr2ea's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr2ea account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 pkr2ea reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the pkr2ea website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 pkr2ea will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via the email address registered to their account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkr2ea is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr2ea's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to competent legal authorities.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
